1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt.

2. Refund Process:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, opened skincare products, and personalized items cannot be returned.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images) for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
